Expanded Experience

Experience does not always grow by adding more.

Sometimes it grows by gathering inward,
compressing what has been lived
until meaning becomes clear.

Constancy gives us the strength to hold it.

Moment upon moment,
lesson upon lesson,
memory upon memory—
not crowded together,
but concentrated into something
we can finally understand.

Then comes release.

Not an escape from what has been,
but a decompression of everything
we no longer need to carry so tightly.

The mind opens.
The heart creates room.
Movement returns to places
that had grown still.

And experience expands.

What once felt confined
becomes perspective.
What once carried weight
becomes wisdom.
What once demanded an answer
becomes another way of seeing.

Expansion is not the abandonment of form.

It is form discovering freedom.

We carry the past
without being compressed by it.
We enter the present
without trying to contain it.
We approach the future
without demanding its shape.

Constancy gathers the experience.
Compression gives it form.
Decompression gives it freedom.

And somewhere within that rhythm,
we discover something greater—

not more life,

but more room
within ourselves
to experience the life already here.
